Some of you may have seen my Cabanon Venus at the BAA shows, well now it is up for sale.

It is the DL version (ie no kitchen) in green and grey with an additional annex which is 2 years newer than the rest of the trailer and awning. There is some minor damage to the connecting panel between the awning and the trailer canvas which has been neatly patched and has proved perfectly waterproof. This is the only damage to the whole outfit. This trailer has never had to be packed away wet for longer than the couple of hours it takes me to get home. The trailer itself has a 2 berth bed and plenty of cupboard and drawer space. The annex is also easily big enough for 2 more people and yet more can sleep in the main body of the awning if needed.

The trailer itself can be erected without the awning within a couple of minutes without the need for pegging. Because I happen to work at Swindon Caravan Centre I know the trailer electrics and chassis are all in perfect working order and the whole trailer has been well looked after. The whole outfit will be on display one final time at the EMDAC finals show from Thursday afternoon to Tuesday morning unless I sell it beforehand.

This trailer has done me proud for the last four years and I will be sorry to see it go but have upgraded to a larger trailer to give me and the boys (and the whippet when she joins me) more space. It is for sale at a very reasonable £1495 (cost me nearly £3000 with the annex when new) but serious offers will be considered.

Any questions - please feel free to post or pm me.

Finally does anyone know how I can get pictures from my computer (in Jpeg format) onto a post on this forum? Until I know how to do this you can see pictures of the newer brown and tan version (not so nice looking in my opinion) on Cabanon's website.

A couple of things I didn't mention before, although I hadn't bothered to put the curtains up in the awning when the above photos were taken I do have all the curtains for trailer awning and annex. Trailer also comes with a spare wheel in an under body carrier, which has never been on the road.
